Town of El Yaque

Castillo De Santa Rosa

Sambil Margarita Mall

Isla Margarita Taxi Tour

Another highlight of our trip to Margarita Island was a tour given by our usual taxi driver. The cost was about $10 an hour to have him drive us to just about every beach on Isla Margarita. Playa Zaragoza - Pedro Gonzalez

Playa Guacuco

Playa Guacuco is yet another great white sand beach on the eastern coast of Isla Margarita. It is located in between Playa Parguito and the town of Pampatar. Playa Caribe - Juan Griego

Morro Blanco Restaurant

The Restaurante Morro Blanco was our lunch stop on the Road Unlimited 4X4 Jeep Tour of Isla Margarita. The restaurant is located on the semi-arid Macanao Peninsula of the island located on the western side. At the Morro Blanco there was a few green iguanas, a macaw parrot and a capuchin monkey. Mirador Puerto Constanza

Playa Manzanillo Fishing Village

Playa Manzanillo is a beach in a town of the same name located on the west side of the northeastern tip of Isla Margarita. We visited this beach early on a weekday morning during our taxi driver guided tour of Isla Margarita. If you help the fisherman bring in their nets, you’ll be rewarded with some fresh fish.
